Refurbishment now underway

Castleguard are very excited to announce that they have agreed a letting with Tesco Stores at the building they own in St. James Street, Walthamstow.

Castleguard are very pleased to be able to work in conjunction with Tesco on this project which will involve a significant refurbishment and shop fit-out. Work is due to commence during the course of the next month.

In addition, an associated company has applied for Planning Consent on the first floor for 4 flats which will be kept to be let out. You can see a picture of the building before the project commences and we shall update the website during the renovation and shop fit-out and conversion works.
