During the last two decades, we have bought and sold hundreds of properties which were successfully purchased, built or renovated and then re-sold on the open market. Castleguard is a modern thinking organisation which seeks to be the buyer of choice for reliability.

Over the years we have seen many other individuals and organisations enter and exit the market place due to a lack of knowledge, funding and poor business decisions. We have always looked to set the standard in property development in a highly competitive market place. We believe the service we provide to be unparalleled.

We believe that in any market conditions, the right property in the right location at the right price will always sell and for these reasons we are always looking to purchase projects for development, renovation and speculation. We have built strong relationships with London Boroughs, Housing Associations, Auctioneers, Estate Agents and Private Landlords, some of which do not want to sell through an agent.

One common theme in dealing with Castleguard is that we do as we say and we perform. Once an offer has been accepted and provided that all the legal matters are finalised the deal will be completed when legally agreed. In most cases once we have seen the property and made an offer there is no need to re-visit and we do not have surveys carried out.

In this business there are a lot of people who talk a good game but when it comes to the crunch, they may not have the knowledge, experience or the finance to do the deal. The best offer is not always the highest price. Provided that we are given a completed legal pack, we are often able to exchange contracts within 24 hours and, if necessary, can complete on the same day.

The management of Castleguard boasts almost 50 years of property experience in the local market. Jonathan Hooker and Michael Newson have both successfully run a number of property companies during the last decade when we have seen the market go through boom and bust cycles. We also have a Project Manager who has in excess of 20 years experience and knowledge within the building and construction industry.
